PRIVATE YOGA – 1-2 PEOPLE
Private yoga classes are an incredible way for you to learn more about how movement and breath impact YOUR body. General yoga classes can be vague in how it is taught as it is tailored to support a group of students rather than one individual. Within a private class, you get the luxury to ask questions, explore advanced topics, and work within your own limitations that will take you to where you want to go in your practice. Classes can cover the general Modo Yoga sequence, or it can be tailored to your own individual needs and desires.

Private yoga classes for athletic teams, bridal parties, girls night out, birthday parties, couples yoga, and any other occasion! Enjoy the benefits of being with their own group of friends while enjoying a specifically tailored class to the needs of the group.
