After many years of dance and various other types of physical conditioning Carmen decided to teach group fitness classes when she was just 18 years old. She continued teaching various classes through college until she found her passion for yoga. Carmen traveled to India for her yoga teacher training and then decided to quit her job as a flight attendant to teach full time.She instructs Pilates and Yoga classes during the week, while the weekends keep her busy doing makeup for weddings or photo shoots. In her free time she loves to travel and cook with her husband and friends. Carmen’s classes will challenge your body and teach you to flow with your breath, while maintaining a strong focus on alignment.
