Caroline started practicing Modo about three years ago as a cross-training exercise for running. She had no idea that it would turn into one of her biggest passions and lead her to complete her teacher training in June 2012 in Victoria, Canada. Modo Yoga has brought a positive change to her life by helping her find balance and allowing her to challenge her mind and body in new ways. Also, the Modo community allowed her form some wonderful friendships! She is constantly amazed at how yoga helps bring fresh perspective to different areas of her life. Caroline has discovered Modo also promotes healing from running injuries and helps in injury prevention.

Caroline loves being active. In addition to her love of yoga, she enjoys training for marathons, cycling and trying new activities like rock climbing! She is passionate about wellness and is pursuing her Master of Science degree in Health Promotion and Education at the University of Cincinnati.

When she’s not running or practicing Modo, Caroline enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her niece and nephew. She also loves to read, write and cook. She volunteers at the DCCH Center for Children and Families in Ft. Mitchell, where her family has been involved for many years. She has completed her 500 hours of continuing education and is also a certified ChildLight Kids Yoga Teacher. She is excited to be able to share her love of yoga with the next generation!
