Kristin’s discovery of yoga began in college. Not able to take dance classes, she was looking for something in her life to foster what dance had given her growing up. She instantly connected to the healing powers of yoga movement and breath. Kristin found full inspiration and creativity blossom within a vinyasa style practice. Kristin is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and is forever a student in constant transformation. She believes keeping good alignment while balancing strength, flexibility and breath will help empower you to connect deeper to mind, body, and spirit. Her goal is to spread the yoga love and pass along the enthusiasm and commitment yoga has given her in life.
You will find Kristin teaching hot flow classes that create a dynamic and fulfilling connection through breath and body. Expect to move through a challenging class, and leave feeling balanced and renewed.
Favorite pose- Utthita Trikonasana (Extended triangle), tied with any and every heart opener she can fit into a day.
Kristin begins most days with an energy sweeping headstand to clear the mental cobwebs and increase creative inspiration.
