6 Week Workshop Series for a Gentle, Mindful, Somatic Yoga Practice
Using a gentle, mindful and somatic approach to yoga, in a non-heated room, we will uncover new ways to flow, to move, by slowing down our yoga practice and allowing in a gentle approach, a greater awareness, a deeper listening to the needs of our body.
Over the next 6 weeks we will learn to apply safe, therapeutic and corrective movements to our Yoga practice that will empower self-healing. We will discover the power of yoga as a means to age gracefully as we care for our joints; improve our balance; increase our strength and our flexibility that we may move through life with grace and ease.
No previous yoga experience is necessary and all are welcome.
