Aerial Yoga Fit 4 Week Series
Elevate your yoga practice with a program that combines Aerial Yoga with strength and conditioning exercises. Explore your balance, strength, and flexibility in the hammock and relish the uplifting energy of being in the air.
Students will experience a deep stretch and decompression of the spine, as well as strengthening exercises for the entire body. You will be amazed how quickly your body will strengthen with this practice!
By practicing in a group setting for 4 weeks, we can start with foundational poses and end the series with more advanced poses to truly show you the beauty and benefits of the Aerial Yoga practice.
