Begin Your Handstand Journey
Beginner/Intermediate-Level Hand Balances. This workshop is perfect for new, fun shapes and a new relationship with gravity! We will explore low-to-the-ground balancing plus a flow of other movements to release tension and distribute your energy.
Use your whole body and your whole mind. You must first imagine yourself in the pose. This workshop will help you develop the mindset for yoga hand balances.
It is important to have healthy, happy wrists to begin your hand stand journey. Participants should be able to hold a stable, steady down dog position for at least 10 slow breaths.
