What is meditation? Why should I do it? How do I begin?
This workshop is intended for those curious about meditation and is appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners alike!
We will take a look at this ancient practice through a modern lens by examining recent findings on the positive effects of meditation, including enhancement of the immune system, reduction of stress, and much more!
Participants will take away a general understanding of the practice of meditation as well as practical tools and guidelines to help establish a sustainable meditation practice.
