A Yoga Mala is a yogic tradition of 108 sun salutations. It is a day to take stock in your life, come together as a community, and set new goals. Within our 2 hours of sun salutations, the power of intention setting and the meditative quality of repetition will become a powerful tool to clear the path for a new year.
